Terms of Service

By using VisaEasy Thailand you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What VisaEasy Is

VisaEasy Thailand is an independent tool that generates pre-filled Thai immigration forms based on information you provide. It is not legal advice, not immigration advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Thai Immigration Bureau, the Royal Thai Police, or any Thai government body.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

-Providing accurate and complete information

-Verifying current requirements with your local immigration office before your appointment

-Any consequences of submitting incorrect information

Thai immigration requirements change without notice. Always confirm what is required before you visit.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

VisaEasy generates paperwork. It does not influence, predict, or guarantee visa approval decisions. Immigration decisions are made solely by Thai immigration officers.

4. Payment and Refunds

Pay-per-use: ฿290 (one-time, per application year)

Refund policy:

-You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided your forms have not been downloaded

-Download status is recorded automatically at the moment of download

-Once your forms have been downloaded, the digital product has been delivered and no refund is available

-If your forms were generated incorrectly due to a technical error on our side, we will regenerate them or issue a full refund

5. Your Account

-You must be 18 or older to use the service

-You are responsible for all activity under your account

-You can delete your account and all data at any time from your dashboard

6. Intellectual Property

Thai immigration forms (TM.7, STM.2, STM.9, STM.11) are official Thai government documents. We do not claim ownership of these forms.

We claim ownership of the software, automation, and design that powers VisaEasy Thailand.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VisaEasy Thailand is not liable for:

-Visa rejections or immigration decisions

-Errors caused by information you provided

-Changes in Thai immigration requirements

-Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
