VisaEasy Thailand is an independent service that helps foreign nationals prepare Thai immigration paperwork. We are not affiliated with the Thai government or any immigration authority.

What We Collect

To generate your pre-filled forms we collect:

-Full name, date of birth, nationality

-Passport number and expiry date

-Email address and phone number

-Address in Thailand

-Financial proof method (type only - no bank details)

-Entry and visa information

Why We Collect It

Your data is used for one purpose: generating your pre-filled Thai immigration forms and personalised document checklist.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone except the services required to operate the platform.

How We Protect It

-Sensitive fields are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored

-Payments are processed by a certified payment provider - we never see or store your card details

-We do not store passport scans or photo IDs.

How Long We Keep It

Your data is kept while your account is active, so that your answers can be pre-filled when you renew next year. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard - no email required.

Your Rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

Third-Party Services

We share your data only with services essential to operating the platform:

-A payment processor - to handle your ฿290 payment

-A database provider - to store your application data

-An email provider - to send you transactional emails

We do not share your data with advertisers, marketers, or any other third parties.

We use essential cookies only - for authentication and session management. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
